Add 720 ml of water to Satvam Dhokla Mix with green chilli, ginger and garlic minced into it. Let it rest for 15 mins.

Mix well and spread it onto an oiled base plate. Steam for 15 mins in Dhokla Cooker or any other vessel. Then let it cool for 5 mins.

Cut the Dhoklas and pour the seasoning of 40 gms oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and asafoetida on it.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with green chutney/tomato sauce.
