The ready-mix Satvam Pulao Biryani Masala is made with the finest spices that are hygienically processed to give your taste bud the best taste without forgetting the health benefits.

Boil rice till the grains separate.

Cut 500 gm mutton and add 2 tbsp of onion paste & ginger-garlic paste, 3 tbsp. drained curd, 1 tsp. turmeric powder into it and mix well. Keep aside for 1 hr.

Add 2 tbsp. tomato puree and 2-3 finely chopped green chilli into it. Mix well and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves, pepper mint leaves, lemon slice and serve hot.

• Add meat, garlic paste, ginger paste, Satvam Pilau Biryani Mix and water (Beef/Goat/ lamb 2 cups, Chicken 1 cup). Cover and cook low heat until meat is tender (about 1 cup of stock should remain in the pot).
• Stir- in yogurt and keep aside.
• Separately: in 15 cups / 3 liters of boiling water, stir in 2 tbsp of salt and soaked rice. Boil rice until 3/4 cooked. Remove and drain thoroughly.
• Spread half rice in a pot and pour meat curry over it. Top with remaining rice. Sprinkle food color if desired.
• Heat oil and fry onions until golden and pour evenly over rice is tender (5-10 minutes).Mix before serving.
TIPS: Use long grain old basmati rice. Beginners must use parboiled / ‘sayla’ rice.
Meat: Use breast and shoulder cuts.
