Take 2 tsp oil in a pressure cooker and prepare tadka withmustard,cumin, asafoetida and curry leaves.Saute 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic-Green Chilli Paste.

Add 1 cup chopped onion,1cup chopped potato and1/2 cup chopped tomato to the mixture.

Add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder Coriander Cumin Powder, Salt to taste and 1 tsp Satvam Khichdi Masala.Mix well.

Add 150g Rice, 50g Green Gram Splits, 4 cups of water & pressure cook till 3 whistle blow on medium flame
