• Cut Khaman Mix pack from top and remove the sachet which is inside the Khaman mixture. Add the Khaman mixture into a bowl containing 338 ml of water and stir well. Keep the mixture aside for 5 minute. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in 70 ml of water and immediately add it to the above mixture.
• Mix well and spread it onto 2 oiled base plates. Steam for 20 minute. Remove the plates and let it cool for 10 minute. Pour 130 ml of water on the plates and cut the Khaman into equal pieces.
• For Tadka: Take 90 ml oil and add mustard seeds and green chilli. Add 280 ml of water into it and bring to a boil and pour equally on the plate of Khaman. To decorate, sprinkle green coriander and grated coconut on Khaman. Serve hot with Kadhi.
• Kadhi Recipe: Add 430 ml of water into Kadhi Powder. Stir well and make it a mixture without lumps. Boil it for 5 minute and serve with hot Khaman.
