• Add 725ml water to Dahiwada Mix and mix well to make it of dropping consistency.
• Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
• Stir the batter again and deep fry wadas in oil at a consistent temperature.
• Take water in a deep bowl and soak wadas in it for 5 minutes. Flatten & press each wada lightly between your palms to remove excess water.
• Serve wadas topped with half-sweetened curd (approx. 1kg). Sprinkle black salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chopped coriander leaves and tamarind-date chutney as per taste.
