To make 'pani' for 100 puris, take 15 g of mint & coriander leaves, 4-5 green chillies, 1 ginger, 2 tsp. lemon juice and grind to a paste. Add the paste to 1.5 ltr of water and add 2 tbsp of Satvam Pani Puri Masala to it.

Serve with chopped boiled potatoes, boiled black chana & soaked salted boondi as fillers in puris.
