• Cook the Vegetables of your choice / Pre – Soaked Pulsed / Indian Curry on low heat with usual spices.
• Stir occasionally while cooking and allow it to simmer for 2 – 3 minutes.
• Add 1 tsp Satvam Garam Masala, mix well and cover the cooking pan for 1 minute.
• Serve hot with Chapati or Naan.
• Satvam Garam Masala can also be used to add flavour & richness of spices in Samosa, Kachori, Usal Pattice and almost all types of salty snacks.
