Add 775 ml to Satvam Handvo Mix and stir well. Keep it aside for 15 mins.

Mix well & pour the mixture into Handvo cooker.

Tadka: Fry some mustard oil. Then add sesame seeds, dried red chilli, asafoetida & curry leaves in tadka. Pour the ‘tadka’ on the Handvo mix.

Cook for 20-25 mins on medium flame. If cooking in a pan-cook till the base turns golden brown. Cut into small sizes and serve.

• Add 775ml water to Handvo Mix and stir well.
• Keep the mixture aside for 15 minute.
• Mix well before pouring the mixture into the handvo vessel/cooker.
• For Tadka: In a pan heat 150 ml of oil and temper some mustard seeds. Once the seeds start crackling, add sesame seeds, dried red chilli, asafoetida and curry leaves in tempering. Pour the ‘tadka’ on handvo mix.
• Cover the lid and let it cook for 20-25 minute on a medium flame. If using a pan for cooking, flip the handvo with a flat spoon after 10-15 minute or till the base turns golden brown in colour. Cut the handvo to required size and serve hot.
